Questions
Gutter questions, answered plainly
These are the things East Texas homeowners ask us most. If yours isn't here, call and ask. We're always happy to explain.
Are you licensed and insured?
That's a smart thing to ask any contractor who's going to work on your roofline. We'd rather give you current, accurate details directly than a line on a web page, so reach out or call (936) 205-0150 and our team will confirm it with you.
Are the gutters seamless or sectional?
Seamless. It's in our name for a reason. We specialize in high-quality seamless gutter systems, where each run is one continuous length instead of short sections pieced together. Fewer joints means fewer places for water to leak.
What is the difference between 5-inch and 6-inch gutters?
We install seamless gutters in both 5 inch and 6 inch sizes. The number is the width across the top of the gutter, and the 6 inch has more room to carry water off the roof. Which one fits your house depends on your roof, so we'll look at it with you and recommend the size that makes sense. Ask us about your home.
Why is replacing rotten fascia wood important before installing new gutters?
Replacing rotten fascia wood is a crucial step before installing new gutters, as it provides the solid foundation needed for proper support and long-term performance.
A gutter is fastened to that board. If the wood is soft, it can't hold the gutter the way it should. Since minor wood repair is one of our services, we can take care of the fascia and the gutters on the same job.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
It really depends on your house, mostly on how many trees hang over the roof. Instead of handing you a one-size-fits-all schedule, we'd rather look at your setup and give you an honest recommendation. If clogs keep coming back, ask about a leaf guard too. Contact us to set up a gutter cleaning.
